Welcome back to the second episode of my series Makeup Kit Essentials - Must Haves. This post covers from brows to that flawless eye makeup.
Makeup is applied to the eye area to complement the natural eye color , to give definition to the eye area and to enhance the natural eye shape.
Now to the business of the moment :............
- Eyebrows - The brows give balance to the facial features and enhance the eyes. It is the most expressive feature of the face therefore getting that right shape and color matters lots. Go for a brow pencil or a brow powder. Never use a black pencil for your eye brows. Use the pencil or powder to fill in sparse brow by filling in and not drawing a line.

- Eyeshadow Primer - This is a must have for everyone. The eyeshadow primer helps your eyeshadow to stay on for a longer time and prevents your eye makeup from creasing especially for those with oily eye lids. Rec - NYX eyeshadow bases , Loreal decrease .

- Eyeshadow - They add color and definition to the eye area. You may want to consider getting neutrals for the start and later add fun colors.

- Eyeliners - liners define and emphasizes the eye area. Go for colors like plum, navy blue, browns and black . It's available in liquid, pencil or gel.

- Mascara - This is one step in eye makeup application you wouldn't want to miss . Mascara enhances the natural eyelashes making them appear longer, fuller and thicker. Get a black and a brown mascara.
