Makeup Artist Series - Basic makeup Artist Kit :Eyes & Lips Edition

Welcome to another edition of our makeup artist series and today we're talking about the basic things we need to have in our kit which are eyes and lips related.

EYES

• Eye Primer / Bases  - they help to keep your eye makeup for long hours. Brides need this product the most. They come in several colours but its always best to start with nude colors before adding more colored ones.

• ·        Eye Liner - liners add dimension to any eye look. Comes in pencil, cream or gel form. Good to have waterproof ones too.

• ·        Mascara - its always good to have both regular and waterproof types. You can get the basic colors like black , brown (great for tinting the brows)  and clear for setting the brows.

• ·        Eyeshadow - It’s the most important. As a beginner, getting a palette is also economical. It’s best starting with neutral colors especially for brides. You can also create your own palette by choosing your own colors.

• ·        Eye Brows / Wax , Gel - it's always good to be prepared for any job.  Get colors for light , medium to dark skin tones. There are  lots of brow products in both pencil , powders and cream forms.

• ·        Lipsticks - Get a palette or make your own palette with basic colors like pinks , nude , reds , berries , plums and the likes . Consider all textures - matte , satin and lustre.

• ·        Lip Scrub - you can mix sugar and olive oil to create your own.
