It comes in 12 amazing shades ranging from medium to very deep skin tones.  The packaging looks high end and it comes with a pump too. The pump helps to control the amount of product used during application.

Kit Addition : Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation

Foundations are everything in my kit. I'm always in search for great products for my kit as it' still under building. I decided to speak to my MAC friend in SA who help me to choose one of their best foundations.

MAC Matchmaster spf 15 foundation

 Shades 7.5 /8.0/8.5/9.0/9.5/10.0

MAC Matchmaster SPF 15foundation  is a medium  buildable coverage liquid foundation with a demi-matte finish . It carries SPF 15 which is good enough . It gives a perfect color purity without ashy or chalky. Although it has a demi-matte finish to it , it's still reduces shine on the skin's surface and helps absorb excess oil . I find it very appropriate for all skin tone.  It's wearable for all occasions and doesn't look whitish in photography.

  Uses Shade Intelligence Technology to bring customized shades in a flawless demi-matte finish with medium, buildable coverage and broad spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 15 protection. Gives perfect colour purity without looking ashy or chalky, reduces shine on the skin's surface and helps to absorb excess oil. Conditions and soothes skin while minimizing the appearance of pores and imperfections.

It comes in 14 shades, with number of 1, 1.5 - 10. I got the shades in 7.5 - 10 which are more appropriate for medium to deep skin tones. It's long lasting and doesn't move. The bottle comes with a pump  which makes it easy to dispense product during usage. 

So far , i can boldly say that it's really a matchmaster, I mix two shades or more and I'm good to go. It's a good foundation choice for women of color.

Makeup Designory Foundation Palette # 2 Review , Photos & Swatches

The bases of any flawless makeup start with a good foundation for that matter I'm always trying different products . Have being using the Makeup Designory foundation palette # 2 lately and I must admit , It's very versatile for the medium - deep skin tone.

 Makeup Designory Foundation Palette # 2 ( 0.99 oz  / 160.00 GH ) is a sheer , light tint to a flawless full - coverage finish foundation. They're formulated for ultra-smooth application and blending . It's non cakey on the face . The coverage holds up beautifully under the most extreme conditions. It photographs beautifully. The Palette # 2 is for medium to dark olive skin tone.

 The foundation ranges from light olive skin tone to dark skin tone. Overall, I love using it on most client. Interesting , It's not too drying or oily. I use it on all skin tone after the appropriate skin prepping is done. For clients with dry skin , I dust a light powder over application to prevent the skin from looking too matte. Acts as both highlight and contour cream product. I'm always able to match any skin tone with this palette.

So I Detubed My Black Opal Stick Foundation ......

I guess you know what i did from the title. I carry 5 BO stick foundation in my kit which are in individual tube. It's so difficult to fetch them individual during gigs. I got this ice cube container with lid and i said to myself ; this will be a perfect  palette for this exercise.

What I Use ...

•  The Palette (Ice Cube Container with lid) 

•  A spatula

21 Hole Palette

How I Did It...

Using my spatula ,I chopped off the quantity good enough to fill the container. I then gently removed the label of each of the foundation tube and place them behind their respective cube. I also labelled the tube to avoid any mix up  in the future.

Palettes are any MUA best friend. It's very easy to carry around. Most importantly it's reduces space in your kit. For my Gh friends, i purchased this container from Palace Supermarket on the Spintex road.

Graftobian HD Glamour Creme Foundation Swatches

Graftobian Cosmetics Company makes very amazing foundations in palette. Apart from the individual foundation on could purchase for self use, they have a five hole palette called sampler palette which contains those amazing hd foundations i reviewed. Also, they have another palette which contains 18 shades of foundations. I got the sampler palette because i didn't need the very light skinned foundation since my clientele is mostly with African-American skin tone.
